How to Install dxsamples software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

dxsamples software package provides Sample programs for the OpenDX Data Explorer, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dxsamples

dxsamples is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dxsamples package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dxsamples *

You will get with dxsamples package name, version, architecture and description in a table
